Our First Milkman

Today, Flossies is a fourth generation family business that started back in 1999 with our Grandad Steve, a simple milkman with his milk float. He laid the foundation for what would become the great foodservice Flossies is known as today, now serving cafes, restaurants, hotels and bakeries.

Steve was everyone's favourite milkman, from the central London cafes to the residential streets of Queens Park. Steve always listened to his customers and took onboad their wants and requests. He quickly expanded his range of products beyond fresh milk, cream, and cheese. He began to supply eggs, meats, veggies, juices and more.

We are proud of our Central West London roots. We have always been mindful of our local business community and their expectations. From the cafes of Notting Hill to the hotels of Bayswater, we have provided not just food products, but also reliability, stability, and trust.
